NORRISTOWN — The Norristown Finance Department reminds property owners who have yet to pay their 2025 real estate taxes of their payment options as the fiscal year ends.

Monday, Dec. 15 is the last day to pay this year’s taxes with a personal check, business check or credit card to ensure the funds clear without issue before the end of the year. Between Tuesday, Dec. 16 and Wednesday, Dec. 31, the Finance Department can only accept cash, certified check or money orders. Tax payments can be made anytime online at norristownpa.taxandrevenue.opengov.com.

After Dec. 31, delinquent tax bills will be sent to the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau and delinquent trash fees will be settled with Portnoff Law Associates.
