KALAMAZOO, MI –– Western Michigan football’s newest recruiting class is beginning to take shape.

And this year, the Broncos landed several in-state products.

Wednesday marked the announcement of WMU’s haul from early signing day, landing 26 new recruits -- including six in-state products -- as part of the Broncos’ 2026 recruiting class.

This year’s Class of 2026 marks the second largest in head coach Lance Taylor’s three-year tenure, with five players coming from junior colleges, while 18 come from high schools.

The Broncos’ class ranks ninth in the Mid-American Conference, but fourth in terms of the number of commits.
