TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Tallahassee winter festival on Dec. 6 may be delayed due to weather forecasts, according to a City of Tallahassee social post .

Tallahassee’s 39th annual Winter Festival is expected to be in downtown Tallahassee from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., but that may not happen.

“As the City of Tallahassee prepares for Winter Festival on Saturday, Dec. 6, we are closely monitoring the weather forecast for the potential of impacts that would create unsafe conditions,” the city wrote.

The city said that updates will be shared on the city’s website and social media as the safety of the community is “paramount.”
