A sadistic fake Russian medic dubbed "Dr Evil" has been charged with war crimes for the savage torture of Ukrainian prisoners – including allegations of making them bark like dogs.

"Psychotic" Ilya Sorokin, 34, was unmasked in July after he become notorious among victims at Mad Vlad Putin's Prison colony No. 10 in Mordovia.

He is said to have inflicted electric shocks, savage beatings and depraved sexual humiliation on terrified Ukrainian POWs while wearing a white medical coat and a balaclava.
