A snow squall warning was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 2:31 p.m. in effect until 3 p.m. for Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady and Schoharie counties.
"At 2:31 p.m., a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from near Burnt Hills to near Duanesburg to near Cobleskill, moving east at 45 mph," according to the weather service. "Other locations impacted by this snow squall include Shakers, Bleecker Stadium, Beekman Corners, West Richmondville, Glenridge, West Berne, Harding Crossing, Engleville, Garrison Manor, and Gardnersville."
