It’s state championship week in Pennsylvania high school football.

The quest for a 2025 PIAA state title has reached the last round, as the finals in all classifications will be played Dec. 4-6 at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg.

In Class 5A, the championship has come down to Roman Catholic vs. Bishop McDevitt.

The winner will be crowned as the 2025 PIAA 5A state champion.

This is a rematch of last year’s state championship game, which Bishop McDevitt won 34-31 in overtime.
