Residents in a Derby suburb are hoping it is third time lucky as they prepare for a major road to be closed and resurfaced again.

It will be the third time in three years that Chapel Street in Spondon has been surface dressed - the most recent in April. The work was always previously undertaking in the day time, something the city council has acknowledged has become a "sensitive issue" among residents.
