EVERETT, Mass. —

A person is in the hospital after they were injured in a hit-and-run in Everett, Massachusetts, police said.

The incident happened just before 8 a.m. Sunday in the vicinity of 524 Broadway.

A suspect and their vehicle have been located, Everett police confirmed.

The scene of the hit is still active. An investigation is ongoing.
