The Detroit Economic Club is hosting an exit interview with Mayor Mike Duggan.

The program is set to begin at 12:35 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8 at the Motor City Casino Hotel. Duggan is expected to touch on his tenure as Detroit's mayor for the last 12 years and may tap into his campaign for Michigan governor as an independent. Mayor-Elect Mary Sheffield will take over as the city's chief executive in January 2026.

Huntington Bank Chairman Gary Torgow will moderate the interview. Those who are unable to attend can watch the livestreamed interview through Local 4+ or Detroit PBS.
