PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - The jury trial for one Johnson County man charged in a federal video voyeurism case was pushed back.
The judge presiding over the case granted the motion to continue Henry J. Ritscher’s jury trial. The trial had been scheduled for Jan. 12, 2026.

Ritscher admitted to placing hidden cameras in a bedroom and bathroom, with the intention of recording a 15-year-old girl dressing and showering.
The incident happened in September, when the girl reportedly learned through Ritscher’s phone that she was being filmed by Ritscher.
A status conference was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2026 in Ashland.
