WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A Wichita man was indicted on multiple gun charges, according to federal courts in Kansas.

Court documents reveal Charles E. Colbert Junior, 26, of Wichita, was indicted for illegally having a machine gun and having a gun illegally.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) will investigate the case.
