Bulova says he’s leaving Fairfax, which he first represented after being elected in 2005, in order to join Virginia Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger’s team as Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources.
Bulova says the opportunity allows him to pursue a personal and professional passion: preserving and restoring Virginia’s environment.
Professionally, Bulova is a project manager for WSP Environment and Infrastructure Inc., specializing in stormwater management and Chesapeake Bay restoration.
