PORTSMOUTH, Ohio. (WSAZ) - A warming station in Portsmouth will be open starting Friday into the weekend, according to Scioto County Emergency Management.

The lobby of ASCEND Counseling and Recovery Services at 729 6th St. will be open Friday night, December 12, through Monday night, December 15.

The warming station will be open from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. each day.
