CHILLICOTHE — The Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees has hired its new administrator.

Dr. Katie Stephens will assume the role upon the retirement of current administrator of Sherry Weldon.

According to the release, Stephens is a Chillicothe resident with 20 years of nursing and leadership experience, including directing the ANCC Magnet Program as Stanford Health Care.

Stephens holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Nursing Leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from William Jewell College.
