Temperatures have been staying quite mild for this time of year, with highs generally hovering around the mid-50s. A mostly dry forecast persists into tomorrow with low rain chances for the Coast and Willamette Valley.

As we move into next week, the trend shifts significantly towards precipitation. By Monday, we're anticipating cloudy conditions that will transition into rain. The big story, however, is the potential for some pretty significant rainfall brewing, especially from Wednesday into Thursday. While exact amounts are still being refined, we're flagging the potential for heavy rainfall, so keeping an eye on drainage and any water-sensitive areas will be important. Winds will pick up as well, coming out of the south and ranging from 10 to 20 mph during these wetter periods.
