A stolen plane caused chaos at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Tuesday.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m. local time, a “security incident” involving a small private aircraft prompted a temporary ground stop on July 15, per a statement issued by YVR . The plane, operating in the airspace above YVR, forced nine inbound aircrafts to divert to alternate airports.
