PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Hy-Vee customers now have another option to pay for delivering their groceries.
Hy-Vee, Inc. has announced that customers can use SNAP/EBT to pay for online grocery delivery at all its stores, according to spokesperson Ivy Sprague.
She also said the new digital experience allows customers to use SNAP/EBT for both pickup and delivery orders.
“By offering SNAP/EBT payment for delivery orders, Hy-Vee can now reach more customers and increase grocery access throughout the communities we serve,” said Dan Gubbins, vice president of e-commerce at Hy-Vee. “With additional digital features, the online experience makes it even easier for our SNAP/EBT customers to shop for groceries.”
Sprague said Hy-Vee began accepting SNAP/EBT payment for pickup orders in 2020.
