JEFFERSON CITY, Mo - Two Missouri corn farmers have been elected to the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council Board of Directors (USGBC).
Former Missouri Corn Growers Association President Jay Fischer of Jefferson City was elected secretary-treasurer while Missouri Corn Merchandising Council Vice Chairman Dylan Rosier of Mound City was named as an at-large director. The elections were made during the 65th annual delegate meeting in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Friday.
Fischer has been a member of the Missouri Corn Board of Directors since 2009. He has served on the national board of directors since 2021, previously volunteering as an at-large director.
Rosier previously served on the USGBC Middle East/Africa/South Asia A-Team and most recently as the leader of the Western Hemisphere A-Team.
