CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Two women accused of attacking another woman inside the Independence McDonald’s last October, have pleaded guilty.
On July 23, Tori Hawkins, 25, pleaded guilty to assault. She will be sentenced by Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Peter Corrigan on Aug. 20.
On Aug. 4, Carilyn Lopez, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of trespass into a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and one count of assault.
Lopez will be sentenced by Judge Corrigan on Sept. 3.
According to Independence Police, Hawkins and Lopez assaulted Tiffany Bulanda just before 1 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2024 at the McDonald’s in the 6200 block of Brecksville Rd.
