KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man who is accused of assaulting several people at a Popeyes is now facing multiple charges.

According to court documents filed Monday in Jackson County, Aaron L. Jones is charged with one felony count of third-degree assault and four misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault. The charges follow an alleged March 31 incident at a Kansas City, Missouri, Popeyes location.

Jones is accused of arriving at a Popeyes just before 4:30 p.m. on March 31, throwing and breaking multiple things inside the restaurant and punching a woman in the face outside of the establishment.

A probable cause document claimed Jones struck a woman with a closed fist after her husband attempted to get video of Jones leaving the restaurant.
