CARL JUNCTION, Mo. — An impeachment hearing of Carl Junction Mayor Mike Moss is set for Tuesday, Aug. 26, and Thursday, Aug. 28, starting at 6 p.m. both days.

Bill Fleischaker, the attorney representing Moss, had filed for a continuance last week to delay a hearing originally set for Aug. 4, saying he had not had a chance to do his own investigation in defense of Moss. ×
