KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police are searching for a Kansas City man accused of attacking a disabled victim over a game of dominoes.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, July 31, indicate that Jelious Williams, 65, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the incident.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that just after 7:45 p.m. on May 31, law enforcement officials were called to an area home with reports of an attack.

When first responders arrived, they said they found the victim down the street from the scene of the crime. They learned he is disabled, has a previously torn ACL and other mobility limitations
