KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The City of Knoxville's Neighborhood Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, August 9, at the World's Fair Exhibition Hall, offering residents a chance to connect with local government and nonprofit services.

The fair, organized by the Office of Neighborhoods, is a one-stop shop for residents to learn about free local services and meet nonprofit organizations in the city. It has moved from its usual venue at the Jacob Building to the World's Fair Exhibition Hall this year.

"It's a one-stop shop for all of our residents to come meet our local governments," said Shannett Riley from the Office of Neighborhoods. "See what local free local services we have available and all of the nonprofit organizations that are in the city and what they have to offer."
