SPARTANBURG, S.C. —

The man who police said attacked patrons inside Westgate Mall in Spartanburg, South Carolina , before trying to get into a police car and punching two officers, is facing a long list of charges.

Christopher Price, 34, is charged with three counts of carjacking, three counts of third-degree assault and battery, two counts of resisting arrest with assault and one count of aggravated breach of peace.

Spartanburg County Detention Center

He was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center on Wednesday.

Details of the Incident

Around 4 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called in reference to someone causing a disturbance with other customers inside the mall.
