Michael Chatfield, the deputy chief of the Naugatuck Fire Department, said firefighters responded to a call about a fire at Autohaus, at 395 Rubber Ave. at 2:34 a.m. and they found heavy smoke coming from roof and garage bay.

They pulled a car that they believe is electric from the building.
