KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - Kinston police are investigating a shooting this morning.

Police say it happened shortly after 7:00 a.m. on Herbert Drive.

A home was hit by the gunfire, but police say no one was injured.

Police say additional details will be released when they become available.
