WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man will spend a few years behind bars in connection with a domestic violence incident that turned into a scuffle with police.
Mark Moore, 60, was sentenced to an indefinite three- to four-and-a-half-year prison sentence after he pleaded guilty in early July to a second-degree felonious assault and fourth-degree harassment with a bodily substance.
The case involved a March 18 incident where police investigated a domestic violence report involving Moore. When police arrived at the scene, Moore was acting belligerently, shouting obscenities and racial slurs at officers.
