WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man will spend a few years behind bars in connection with a domestic violence incident that turned into a scuffle with police.

Mark Moore, 60, was sentenced to an indefinite three- to four-and-a-half-year prison sentence after he pleaded guilty in early July to a second-degree felonious assault and fourth-degree harassment with a bodily substance.

The case involved a March 18 incident where police investigated a domestic violence report involving Moore. When police arrived at the scene, Moore was acting belligerently, shouting obscenities and racial slurs at officers.

According to the report, Moore kicked and spat at various officers, including a sergeant with the Weathersfield Police Department. Paramedics were called to try to subdue Moore, and reports showed
