MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Montgomery County Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a three-vehicle crash with entrapment on Thursday morning.
Around 7:50 a.m., crews were dispatched to the 100 block of Randolph Road for reports of a vehicle fire and entrapment.
Upon arrival, crews found that one vehicle was engulfed in flames, but a woman was able to get out. Meanwhile, an elderly woman and an elderly man in a second vehicle had to be extricated by officials.
All three were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The third vehicle had two people inside who declined to be transported to a hospital.
