FOXBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — Tom Brady is permanently back in Foxboro — well, his statue that is.
The New England Patriots posted a video of a truck bringing in the statue in front of Gillette Stadium. It was then covered in black cloth for the unveiling ceremony on Friday.
Patriots owner and CEO Robert Kraft will hold a ceremony at 6 p.m. to reveal the larger-than-life, 12-foot statue before New England's first preseason game against the Washington Commanders.
After the unveiling, Brady will give his reaction and address those in attendance.
Fans attending the game are encouraged to enter the stadium early to watch the ceremony on the Gillette Stadium video boards.
