PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WSAZ) - The Prestonsburg Police Department said they arrested a 17-year-old in connection with a shooting incident near Bull Creek on Aug. 6.

Police said following the arrest, more substantial evidence was obtained, finding that the driver, Westin Harris, 19, headed the crime itself.

Warrants for the arrest of Harris were made today and issued by Floyd District Court for felony wanton endangerment and felony criminal mischief, police said.

Police said they attempted to serve the warrant at Harris’ home but have been unable to locate him.

Police ask that those with information on Harris’ whereabout call them at 606-866-1010.
