The 2025 Boys Cross Country team at East Ridge High School has the opportunity to break records and be the most successful cross country team in East Ridge High School history. The Knights have their entire record-breaking team from 2024 back, along with some new pieces that will improve the team. In addition, the boys have been hard at work all Summer conditioning and strengthening themselves, waking up early in the morning multiple times a week while many teenagers were asleep in their beds. They expect that their hard work this Summer will translate to great success in the cross country season.
