MYRTLE BEACH (WBTW) - We are less than two weeks away from week zero of the high school football season. When things officially kick off, Myrtle Beach high school will look to build off a 2024 season that ended in the first round of the 5A playoffs.
The Seahawks finished one game about .500 in 2024 and will bring a good amount of experience from last years team into the upcoming season. Five returners on offense and seven on the defensive side of the ball. Head coach Mickey Wilson, who is entering his 17th season as the man in charge of Myrtle Beach high school, says that the Seahawks will lean on their defense in the beginning of the year while their offense finds their way.
