FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A police pursuit in Wabash County led to an arrest Saturday.

Indiana State Police (ISP) say Sergeant Kyle Miller was patrolling in the area of County Road 200 East and County Road 1000 South in Lafontaine around 8:30 p.m. to assist with locating 45-year-old David R. Odham of Wabash, who had active warrants out of Cass and Wabash Counties.

According to the agency, Miller located Odham driving a 1996 Ford Ranger and activated his emergency lights in an attempt to make a traffic stop.

Odham did not comply with the traffic stop, leading to a pursuit.

ISP says the pursuit began northbound on County Road 100 East near County Road 900 South, lasting several miles before continuing off-road into a field near County Road 600 East and State Road 124.
