LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 14-year-old girl in North Vernon, Indiana.

Haley Sporleder was last seen at around 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 10.

According to police, she is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

Haley is described as a white female, four feet eleven inches tall, weighing about 85 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with black and white leggings.
