NORTH VERNON, Ind. —
UPDATE: The Jennings County Sheriff's Office says Haley Sporleder has been found and is safe.
A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for Haley A. Sporleder, a 14-year-old girl missing from North Vernon, Indiana.
Officials say she may be in extreme danger and in need of medical assistance.
The Jennings County Sheriff's Office describes Haley as a 4 feet, 11 inch tall, white female, weighing 85 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
She was last seen around 8 a.m. Sunday in North Vernon, which is about 65 miles north of Louisville.
At the time of her disappearance, Haley was wearing a blue shirt with black and white leggings.
