BOONVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A Boonville McDonald's has been temporarily closed after inspections by the Warrick County Health Department.

The department received several complaints, prompting food inspectors to visit the restaurant on West Locust Street.

During the inspections, officials said they identified multiple different health concerns, including bug infestations.

After finding the issues unresolved during a follow-up visit on Monday afternoon, the health department decided to shut down the restaurant.

Health department officials say the closure will last for two to three days, while the restaurant cleans and sprays for bugs.
