A Fall River woman was sentenced to three to five years in state prison for shooting the home and car of her ex-girlfriend’s stepfather on two separate occasions, prosecutors said.

Dannyshka Figueroa-Bermudez, 27, was convicted in Fall River Superior Court last week, Bristol District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III’s office said in a statement.

Quinn’s office said there were no physical injuries from either incident.

Figueroa-Bermudez had pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including attempted assault and battery by firearm, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and improper storage of a firearm, prosecutors said.

Just before dawn on Sept. 7, 2024, the victim awoke to gunshots outside of his home on Raymond Street in Fall River, the statement said.
