BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Bismarck Police arrested a suspect Wednesday after an investigation into an early morning stabbing near Ministry on the Margins.
Officers responded to the area around midnight for a report of stabbing and found two people with stab wounds. One victim, a 22-year-old Bismarck man, had a severe injury to his lower back, and the other, a 22-year-old homeless woman, had a wound to her face. Both were taken to a hospital and are expected to recover.
Officers identified the suspect as 29-year-old Summer Lebeau. She was found nearby and taken into custody without incident.
Witnesses told police the victims were attacked without any provocation.
Lebeau is charged with aggravated assault.
