TYLER, Texas — The Tyler City Council on Wednesday approved an agreement to deliver essential infrastructure to a future business park in the northern part of the city.
Councilmembers gave their OK to a development agreement with the Tyler Economic Development Council to extend sanitary sewer service to the 282 acres of open land north of Loop 323, along U.S. Highway 271 and FM 14. The property, also known as Wisenbaker Tract, is set to become a new business park housing future employers and industries.
According to the city of Tyler, the investment of up to $992,353.84 will provide the infrastructure needed for development at the Wisenbaker Tract. Now with both water and sewer services in place, the land is ready for companies to come in.
