SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The hot and humid conditions continue through the middle of this week with a chance for showers and storms! As opposed to yesterday, most areas around the region are under a Heat Advisory from now until 7pm. This is due to highs rising to the mid 90s for most areas and feels-like temperatures hitting the lower to middle 100s!
Rain chances may rise for some by early morning hours, as well as the afternoon for Thursday and Friday. The storms bring the chance for isolated flash flooding and gusty winds, but the good side of these storms is the temporary relief that it brings! Heading into this weekend, rain chances slightly decrease and, as a result, temperatures slightly increase more into the 90s across the region.
