A giant WeWork anticipated for San Antonio's Kress Building may never have opened, but a local coworking firm is betting that there's still a need for quality shared office space downtown. Commercial real estate firm Stream Realty Partners revealed that Project Cowork has signed a lease for a new outpost at the recently restored 200 Main Plaza .

Although all workers will be welcomed, the 19,060-square-foot space on the building's second through fourth floors will be geared primarily toward attorneys. The Bexar County Courthouse is across the street, providing an easy walking commute from the client to the courtroom.
