TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, Miss. -- Multiple agencies are looking for Ewel "Bubba" Scott, who is wanted in Panola County and Tallahatchie County for stealing ATVs, a tractor, a shotgun and other items.

Law enforcement covered a lot of ground on Wednesday in the search for Scott. He is wanted for burglary and grand larceny, and is believed to be in possession of a rifle and handgun.

"We do believe he is armed and dangerous, and he's indicated to family members that he will not go back to prison," said Major Clint Roberson of the Panola County Sheriff's Office.

Scott, who is tied to the theft of an ATV and a "side by side" from this shed in Panola County this week managed to elude capture.
