KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Knoxville man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to having child pornography, according to the United States Department of Justice.
The DOJ said investigators received tips of child pornography being distributed on the internet, and in May 2023, it was determined that the computer and internet service used belong to 24-year-old Nathan Hart.
Investigators searched Hart’s home and found multiple files of child pornography, including at least 24 videos containing sexually explicit material, the DOJ said.
Additionally, a search of Hart’s electronic devices revealed “numerous saved images of child pornography depicting known and unknown victims throughout the world that Hart obtained from online sources.”
