Park City Manager Matt Dias will leave the municipal government in September after serving in the top staff post at the Marsac Building for nearly six years.

A City Hall release late Wednesday afternoon indicated he will enter the private sector in an unspecified role. A precise date for the departure was not announced. Dias started his career at the Marsac Building in 2013 as the assistant city manager. He was promoted to city manager in late 2019 to fill the vacancy left after the departure of his predecessor, Diane Foster. His background included time in municipal government in Massachusetts, as a congressional aide, and at the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.
