SEATTLE — Dramatic new video appears to show the moment Gregory Timm, 32, allegedly shot a wheelchair-bound man in the chest along the Seattle waterfront in late July.

Timm is being held on $750,000 bail on felony assault charges after allegedly firing a gun on Alaskan Way, striking a 68-year-old man who suffered nonfatal injuries.

In the video, Timm accuses the older man of misrepresenting his veteran status. The victim then reaches for something inside his wheelchair. Timm steps back, pulls a gun from a bag, points and fires.

As bystanders scatter, Timm yells obscenities at the victim, claiming the man pointed a weapon. Court records say the victim had an airsoft gun.
