SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department has updated their “Top 10 Most Wanted” list as of August 14, 2025.

Among those still wanted by Savannah Police are:

Ricktavis Gilliard

Elionaxy Castillo

Tomorian Frazier

Timothy Patterson

Hyshean Gibbs

Nicholia Ashley

[ORIGINAL STORY] The Savannah Police Department shared their “Top 10 Most Wanted” list as of August 1, 2025.

“These suspects are not always the most violent offenders the department is looking for but have a combined number of factors that make them one of our top wanted offenders,” wrote Savannah Police on their website .

These men are wanted for multiple charges ranging from kidnapping, rape, aggravated assault or possession of a firearm.
