STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A fascinating boat tour circumnavigating Staten Island offers New Yorkers a chance to explore the borough’s rich maritime heritage and mysterious sites, led by distinguished historian Wade R. Goria of the National Lighthouse Museum.
The journey takes visitors through critical waterways including the Kill Van Kull, Arthur Kill, Raritan Bay, and Princes’ Bay, showcasing eight historic lighthouses including Robbin’s Reef and the Battery Weed Light of Fort Wadsworth.
