ORANGE, Texas — Robert’s Steakhouse will close its doors for good Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, citing staffing shortages and a lack of business, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“To all of Roberts Steakhouse loyal customers and patrons, it is with great sadness and regret to inform you that Saturday August 16, 2025 will be the Steakhouse last day of business,” the post read. “With the problems of finding help and just not enough business to sustain us, we had to make this really hard decision.”
While the steakhouse will shut down, the owners say the adjacent Robert’s Meat Market will remain open. They plan to operate a steam table through a to-go window offering burgers, salads, steaks, fish and gumbo.
