BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Attorney Tom Dickey is continuing to push for Luigi Mangione, the man accused of shooting and killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, to appear in person for the charges he's facing in Pennsylvania.

In December, Altoona officers received a phone call about a suspicious male, later identified as Luigi Mangione, possibly being at a McDonald's on Plank Road. The caller told officers that he resembled the man who had shot and killed Thompson in New York. Police arrived at the McDonald's and found Mangione wearing a beanie and a medical mask and asked him to identify himself.

Mangione allegedly provided them with a fake New Jersey ID before admitting that he had lied about his identification, and from there, he was taken into custody. Police searched his belong
