APALACHICOLA, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Apalachicola residents have been complaining for months about smelly, discolored water. But the city claims that problem is fixed.

“Lots of work ahead of us, but as we speak, the water situation has certainly settled down and we’re not receiving complaints from the public about water quality,” said Chris Holley, Apalachicola’s Interim City Manager.

“People ain’t stupid, but they are treating us like we are, the authorities in this town are treating people like their citizens are idiots,” said Dale Nabors, Apalachicola Resident.
